• Vendor Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and fulfill their duties 

• Ceremony and Reception Coordination: Manage the timing and flow of events, such as the ceremony, speeches, toasts, dances, and meal service 

• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise, such as weather changes, missing items, timeline changes, or vendor delays, ensuring the client remains stress-free

End of Wedding

• Tear Down and Clean Up Coordination: Ensure that all vendors properly clean up and pack up according to venue rules

• Gift and Personal Item Collection: Help collect and store gifts, personal items, and leftover decor for the couple 

• Give the final payment to vendors
