  • 3-4 detailed planning meetings to discuss your vision and answer questions

  • Final vendor confirmations 2 weeks prior, including sharing timeline and necessary documents

  • Rehearsal management

  • Complete venue setup oversight, including decorations, table arrangements, and seating plans

  • Setup of all signage and DIY items you provide

  • Guest assistance with directions, seating, and special requests

    Our founder and lead planner is Tabria Etuk, also known as Bria. With over 8 years in nonprofit event planning, 5 years in theater and film production, and extensive experience in wedding planning, catering, and venue management, Bria brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, collaborative approach to every event.
  • Do you offer services for destination weddings?
    Yes! Although we specialize in servicing the Pacific NW we are happy to travel and even have vendor connections in Arizona, Las Vegas, Colorado, Hawaii and beyond!
  • What is the starting price for full-service wedding planning?
    Our full-service wedding planning packages start at $6500. This includes assistance with theme development, venue and vendor recommendations, timeline creation, and day-of coordination.
  • Do you offer childcare services during events?
    Yes, in partnership with Party Pals Childcare, we offer professional on-site childcare during weddings and events. We extend a 10% discount to clients of our partnered venues.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We are based in Portland, OR, and serve clients throughout Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Las Vegas, Colorado, and Hawaii. We also accommodate destination weddings beyond the states listed.
  • How can I view your past work and testimonials?

  • What happens if you get sick or have an emergency on our wedding day?
    Your peace of mind is incredibly important to us. In the rare event that I’m unable to attend your wedding due to illness or an emergency, rest assured that you’ll still be in excellent hands. I work with a team of trusted assistants who are trained in our systems and event flow, and I’m also connected with a strong network of experienced local planners and coordinators who can step in if needed. Our goal is to ensure that your day goes off without a hitch—no matter what. We always have a backup plan so you never have to worry.
